Where Wildflowers Grow…
Welcome to Wildflower Yoga, my name is Marta. Allow me to introduce myself....
My passion for yoga started a few years ago when I was struggling from anxiety, physical pain and feeling exhausted. I fell in love with it instantly, mindful and slow moves, appreciation and respect of the body, and the simpler but fuller life yoga promotes.
Previously to this new obsession, I had been studying politics and after successfully graduating and achieving my Master’s degree, I realised it is extremely good to understand how the world works, but it is even more important to understand how I function, and understand what my body and mind really needs.
I knew want to help others explore this magical feeling and help to slow down and focus on things that really matter.
My classes flow with ease, focusing on connecting breath to movement and encouraging mindfulness every step along the way.
In addition to teaching yoga, I also guide meditation practices that promote calmness, mental clarity, and self-compassion.
Location:
King’s School, Winchester
Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays (times may vary, keep an eye on the ‘Book class’ section)
Try out my classes and explore something different that is not an overwhelming sport, nor a class to teach you what to feel and how to think. But you will explore the stillness of the mind, the power of your breath and the healing benefits of the poses.
No pressure, just a kind invitation to explore your own journey towards peace, and the rise of a stronger and more mindful YOU.
